President Director

Darmadi Darmawangsa is a prominent figure in the Indonesian real estate industry. He serves as the President Director of PT ERA Graharealty Tbk, which is part of ERA Indonesia, a well-known real estate brokerage firm. Born on September 29, 1971, in Ujung Pandang (now Makassar), Indonesia, Darmadi has an extensive educational background in civil and environmental engineering. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University and both a Master of Science and a Civil Engineer degree in Civil Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)​.

He has been with ERA Indonesia since 1999, initially serving as GM Marketing, then as Marketing Director, and eventually becoming the Managing Director before assuming his current position as President Director. Additionally, he has held leadership roles in the Indonesian Real Estate Brokers Association (AREBI), including Secretary General and Chairman, and he is currently part of the honorary council of the organization​.
